Job Description:
TPG is currently seeking an Entry Level Recruiter for the Apache
Junction/Mesa area. The successful candidate will be responsible
for sourcing, qualifying, recruiting, and onboarding individuals in
the mining industry. Please Note: This position is temporary (6
months) with the potential for temp to hire . This role is ideal
for those with experience and interest in sourcing, recruiting,
talent acquisition, sales, management, HR, or other people-related
fields that require clear communication and the ability to build
strong relationships. Primary responsibilities for this position
include: Building and maintaining close relationships with clients
and candidates based on applicable experience, skills, and fit for
available opportunities Sourcing activities, including cold
calling, networking, and job bank monitoring Scheduling and
conducting interviews via phone, video, or in-person Preparing
successful candidates for client submittals and interviews
Negotiating employment terms including pay rate Processing
candidate pre-employment onboarding activities Updating database of
candidate and position information and history Requirements: 1-3
years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build
and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in
using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Ability to screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong attention to
detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and handle multiple priorities. Problem-solving skills
and ability to think creatively about sourcing and recruiting.
Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook).
