Conduct introductory calls and evaluations to assess qualifications and alignment. Collaborate with clients and hiring teams to clarify staffing needs and recruitment timelines. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities. Ensure a smooth candidate experience through responsive communication and clear next steps. Analyze hiring data and assist with maintaining compliance in recruitment practices. QUALIFICATIONS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing (agency or internal). Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident remote presence. Skilled in sourcing and applicant tracking systems. Capable of juggling multiple openings and deadlines with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits. Motivated by connecting people with meaningful career opportunities. A genuine interest in people, matching skills to opportunities, and supporting career growth. JOB REQUIREMENTS: A reliable computer, high-speed Internet, and a distraction-free workspace.
