Job Description:

A company is looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing qualified candidates aligned with the company's values and mission
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
Provide a great candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow-through

Requirements:

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Go-to-Market teams, preferably in a startup or high-growth technology company
Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
Proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve hiring goals
Must be legally authorized to work and live in the United States
