SRP continues to adapt to its changing business environment by seeking innovative ways to reimagine utility service and the provision of critical resources essential to the life and economy of Arizona.Job BriefAssists the Associate General Manager and Chief Human Resources Executive and the Senior HR Leadership Team in coordination of departmental functions to include: budget management; headcount/TO utilization, monitoring progress on department and divisions objectives; planning and facilitating departmental forums and special project/assignments. Job ResponsibilitiesAssists the Associate General Manager and Chief Human Resources Executive and department leaders in the development, communication and implementation of plans and procedures.Tracks and reports progress on HR goals, objectives and critical priorities. Provides key constituents with relevant updates.Plans, coordinates and facilitates Senior HR Leadership Team Staff meetings, extended leadership forums, and All Hands meetings.Collaborates with Executive Analyst colleagues to share relevant information, identify and address opportunities for improved efficiency/effectiveness.Prepares presentations for employees, SRP Board and Council as needed.Analyzes company-wide workforce data, identifies trends and prepares presentations for GM StaffCoordinates the preparation of organization budget and tables of organization.Acts as liaison with outside departments to coordinate and ensure timely completion of various activities.Performs special studies and assignments as requested.Performs related work as required.EducationCompletion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.ExperienceFive (5) years of exempt-level, relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: business planning, financial analysis, budgeting, project management, business analysis and program development/implementation. Utility industry and HR experience preferred.Additional InformationExperience with all Microsoft applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets (develop charts, graphs, etc.) Excellent communication and collaboration skills requiredSRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although part-time teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
