JLG LAWYERS SEEKS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY -(JUNIOR LEVEL
ASSOCIATES)Qualifications: Strong research and writing skills.
Highly motivated and self-starter. Must have 1-2 years minimum of
experience with employment disputes including wrongful
terminations, FEHA claims, labor code violations, PAGA and wage and
hour claims.Job Description: The attorney will be tasked with
management of cases from pre-litigation through settlement, with
the support of a strong staff and advanced automated systems that
optimize case efficiency (including CompuLaw, NetDocuments, Clio,
and others). Deposition experience strongly preferred. Excellent
research and writing skills required. Chosen candidate will work to
help scale the firm's employment practice, to service the
ever-growing number of Californians who have been illegally
discriminated against, harassed, unfairly compensated, subjected to
a unfair hostile work environment and/or wrongfully terminated.Firm

Competitive salary with an objective hours bonus, discretionary
performance bonus, and discretionary profit share. Base salary
range of $70,000 to $110,000 for junior-level attorneys, depending
on experience. Additional competitive bonus structure based on
performance, hours worked, and other contributions to the
