Aramark is seeking a dedicated Bakery Supervisor at our dynamic food service operations to oversee our baking staff and ensure that our bakery products meet the high standards of quality and excellence that Aramark is known for. This role is critical in managing bakery operations, supervising bakery staff, and working collaboratively with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes. The ideal candidate will not only uphold but also drive forward Aramark's commitment to innovation and excellence in food services. Supervise the daily operations of the bakery department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and mentor bakery staff on best practices and Aramark's operational standards. Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to align bakery offerings with overall menu and service goals. Ensure consistent quality in all bakery products through meticulous oversight and quality control. Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise in baking techniques and bakery equipment Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Baker (CB) or Certified Master Baker (CMB) preferred Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe)
