Marriott International, Inc. Job Summary At Adero, our Food &
Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the service in
our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring a high-quality guest
experience at all times. In addition to overseeing daily
operations, the Supervisor plays a key role in assisting the
manager with training, motivating, and coaching the team to
maintain the highest service standards. This includes ensuring the
team is well-prepared, well-trained, and provides exceptional
service to guests. The Supervisor is also responsible for
monitoring expenses and controlling labor costs while maintaining
operational efficiency. This role involves ensuring that staffing
levels are appropriate to meet guest demands, all while adhering to
budgetary guidelines and maximizing profitability. Additionally,
the Supervisor will collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house
teams to ensure smooth operations across all departments. The

outlets Education & Experience • Minimum of 5 years of progressive
experience in food and beverage operations, with a proven track
record in guest service, team management, and operational
excellence. • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary
Arts, Business, or a related field preferred. • Experience in
luxury, boutique, or large-scale hotels is highly desirable. •
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, cost control,
inventory management, and menu development. • Experience with
budgeting, forecasting, and controlling labor and food costs. •
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to resolve conflicts and make quick decisions
under pressure. • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems,
inventory management software, scheduling software, and Microsoft
Office. Skills and Abilities • Ability to lead, motivate, and
develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and positive work
environment while maintaining a high standard of service. •
Expertise in supervising day-to-day food and beverage operations,
ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and service
quality. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to
multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. •
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including food
safety, cleanliness standards, and maintaining compliance with
local regulations. • Experience in executing special events,
promotions, and catering services within food and beverage outlets.
• Strong understanding of guest needs, ensuring the team provides
exceptional service, anticipates needs, and addresses concerns
efficiently. Physical Requirements • Ability to work flexible
hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed to
accommodate operational needs, events, and staff coordination. •
Ability to be on-site frequently to oversee operations, manage
staff, and engage with guests, which may involve standing or
walking for extended periods. • Ability to assist with event setup,
presentations, or promotional displays when required, including
light lifting of materials or equipment up to 25 pounds. •
Capability to attend off-site meetings, site visits, and industry
events, which may involve travel and standing for long periods
during presentations or networking events. • Ability to work in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing both operational and
