Job Summary: Responsible for supervising a team of agents cleaning airport facilities and operating facility cleaning equipment. Job Duties: Supervises a team of agents in janitorial duties and coordinates daily activities to ensure a safe and effective operation. Responsible for shift schedule to include work assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. Responds to employee issues or complaints in a timely matter. Communicates with the Station Manager concerning any problems or issues. Schedules and conducts shift meetings. Trains, coaches, counsels, and mentors’ employees in compliance with station policies. Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Prospect policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws. Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anit-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity. Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.
