Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef Manager to
oversee the daily operations of our dynamic food service team at a
prestigious location. As a leader in food services, Aramark thrives

experiences. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation by
managing kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality customer service,
and providing gastronomic delight to our clients. Manage daily
kitchen operations and coordinate food production schedules to
ensure timely delivery of services Supervise and train kitchen
staff on culinary techniques, company standards, and safety
regulations Develop and implement menu items that meet the quality
standards and dietary requirements of Aramark and its clients
Control food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction
Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health
department guidelines and Aramark protocols Work closely with the
management team to achieve operational objectives, including
strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive profitability
Regularly assess service metrics to identify areas for improvement
and innovate on processes and menus Collaborate with supply chain
stakeholders to ensure ingredient quality and availability
Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines Strong
leadership and personnel management skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Adept in budget management and cost
control Ability to handle high-stress, fast-paced environments
Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations Creative mindset for
menu planning and design ServSafe Certification or equivalent HACCP
certification is preferred
