Job Description:
A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions
company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service and
Sales Skills Trainer 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Delivering new hire or upskilling
Maintaining a throughput rate of 85% graduates per training
class
Ensuring that all Champions are actively engaged in the training
process
Qualifications Include:
A minimum of one year experience Training with a BPO
Ability to build rapport in an online virtual environment
High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint
and Word
Ability to understand Standard Operating Procedures and when to ask
for guidance
