Job Overview
You are on your way to joining the team that is at the center of customer order delivery. In this part-time role, you will coordinate delivery routes between Amazon drivers, third-party companies, and Amazon warehouses. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make history and become a member of a team whose purpose is to solve complex challenges and create unprecedented customer experiences while working in a climate-controlled office setting. We're looking for creative leaders with a passion for innovation, knack for problem solving, and dedication to creating world-class customer experiences. Start as soon as seven days. Shifts may require working nights, weekends, and holidays.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSome of your duties may include:Coordinate support between drivers, Amazon warehouses, and third-party locations like grocery stores and restaurantsInterpret information from different sources and use good judgement to make sure deliveries are on timeCommunicate with delivery partners ensuring on-time delivery Solve for planned and unplanned events (traffic, weather, sporting & community events) that affect delivery routesIdentify issues and raise to managementComplete reports using standard tools/processUse a computer, Microsoft Office, and Amazon softwareCandidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or eveningsAll work is executed on a computer through Amazon proprietary software and Microsoft OfficeCommunicate via phone/chat/email with various Amazon stakeholders to answer real time questions to remove barriersWhy You'll Love Amazon
