Interventional Radiology Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $2,817 to $3,017 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in Phoenix, AZ and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate and ensure quality assurance of imaging equipment, assist with patient monitoring during procedures, and support a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology technologist experience with references. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification (R). AZ license: MRTBE-CRT required. BLS certification. Graduate from an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system preferred. Experience with fluoroscopy, PACS/DR systems, and common IR equipment such as Philips Allera imaging platforms and Medrad injectors preferred. Level I trauma experience required (client-specific requirement). Scrub experience preferred. Experience in neuro endovascular procedures, embolizations, stents, or stroke treatment is preferred but not required; candidates with primarily neuro experience may be considered depending on case mix. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Primary specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist. Shift name: Days. Typical shift pattern: 10-hour shifts, variable days, Monday to Friday with one weekday off; examples include 8:30a–5:00p or 9:00a–5:30p as typical day shift windows. Call: Required, typically about 8 days per month (4 primary days and 4 backup days). Orientation: Approximately 12 hours of floor-specific orientation. Rooms and case volume: Multiple IR suites including general IR, spine, and neuro endovascular rooms; expected cases per day approximately 5–10. Procedures commonly performed: GI/GJ tubes, ports, angiograms, lumbar punctures, myelograms, nephrostomy tubes, stents, IVC filters, blood patches, and sedation cases with RN support. Floating: No floating outside of Radiology. Scheduling note: Weekends may include some Saturdays.
