Associate Grant and Resource Development Administrator Community
Bridges, Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency

experiencing, substance use disorder, homelessness, and mental

Summary The position will assist in the leadership and oversight of
the Grant Coordinator and supports the Grant and Resource
Development Department and the grant life-cycle process. The
Associate Administrator will assist in the administration,
coordination and, implementation of grants to ensure performance
compliance with Federal, County, and State grants e.g., Housing and
Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG),
and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). The position will also focus
on the HUD Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) process for
Maricopa County, Pima County, and Balance of State (BOS). This
position will assist the Grant and Resource Development
Administrator in the development of short and long-range department
goals and objectives; oversees the development, preparation, and
administration of the department; supervises and directs staff;
coordinates department activities. The Associate Grant and Resource
Development Administrator will be responsible for speaking with
funders, stakeholders, health plans, local municipalities, contacts
related to grant performance, and acts as the primary contact with
HUD on questions or compliance clarification to ensure grant
funded, programs and goals are aligned with County, State and HUD.
This Associate Administrator reports to the Chief of Staff and will
be evaluated on results achieved. Skills/Requirements Master’s
Degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Business
Administration, Social Work, Healthcare, or Social Work. Minimum of
seven (7) years of experience required in grants management
required. Minimum of five (5) years of expertise in HUD NOFO,
Balance of State and Continuum of Care (AZ) required. Minimum of
five (5) years previous experience in working for a non-profit or
grant making organization required. Minimum of five (5) years of
experience in ESG, and CDBG grants management required. Experience
with a variety of funder portals and systems (i.e., SAGE, ERA
Commons) Proven success with large-scale initiatives, change
management, and culture shifts required. Current AZ Driver’s
License in good standing. • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
