Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 accurately fills and counts medications. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of Arizona Must be actively certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or through ExCPT Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or any factory/warehouse setting experience Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meets business needs, absent from all ideal tools and resources Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work on-site full-time at the CenterWell dispensing center located at 4302 Buckeye Rd Phoenix, AZ 85043 Physical Requirements: Ability to walk and stand during an entire work shift Ability to lift 35lbs occasionally and 25-30lbs frequently Possess hand strength to grasp and twist items continuously Ability to reach above the waist and shoulders frequently Bend, twist and reach frequently Comfortable working at heights of 20ft Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pharmacy dispensing Critical thinker who can anticipate business needs and take initiative, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality customer experience Moderate working knowledge of Excel Additional Information: Work Hours : 10-hour shift Monday-Friday (Will have one (1) day off during the week) between the hours of 5:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Arizona Time (Based on business need) Overtime (Can include weekends) based on business needs Work Style : Onsite: (Riverside Dist Ct) 4302 Buckeye Rd Phoenix, AZ 85043 HireVue Statement : As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
