Job Description Plastic Surgeon Location : Phoenix & Scottsdale, Arizona Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Position Overview An established and rapidly growing plastic surgery group is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to join a collaborative team of surgeons. Due to increasing demand for both hospital-based and cosmetic procedures, the practice is expanding and looking to add a fourth surgeon. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume practice that combines the academic complexity of reconstructive surgery with the autonomy and financial potential of private practice. The group performs a wide spectrum of procedures, and new surgeons will benefit from mentorship and strong support from senior partners. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans. Perform cosmetic and reconstructive procedures based on patient needs and practice focus. Collaborate with a team of experienced surgeons and healthcare professionals. Participate in hospital-based surgical care as well as outpatient procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records. Provide high-quality patient care with strong emphasis on safety and outcomes. Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice. Current surgeons perform a broad range of procedures including: Microsurgery Nerve transfers Access to multiple fully equipped surgery centers with potential ownership opportunities to create additional income streams. Fully supported clinical infrastructure including office managers, nurses, scrub technicians, medical assistants, in-house billing, collections, and accounting support. Compensation & Partnership Competitive base salary with a transparent monthly bonus structure. Earning potential: $600,000 – $1,000,000 annually. Financial performance reports provided monthly for transparency. Partnership opportunity available within 3 years, based on performance. Current partners have achieved seven-figure take-home earnings within the first two years of partnership. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. Fellowship-trained surgeons and new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong interest in both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. Excellent surgical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Charismatic personality with strong team collaboration skills. Motivated to develop and grow an independent surgical practice.
