Empowerment: Guide, mentor, and empower our dedicated team of
Registered Nurses, cultivating an environment where every

Acumen: Oversee all facets of clinical operations within the
surgical unit, ensuring seamless workflows, optimal resource
utilization, and adherence to the highest standards of care. -
Patient & Team Advocacy: Be a compassionate voice for our patients,
advocating for their well-being, while simultaneously championing
the needs and professional development of your nursing staff. -
Performance & Growth Catalyst: Drive professional growth through
targeted development initiatives, regular feedback, and
opportunities for skill enhancement, ultimately achieving and
exceeding unit goals. - Dynamic Staffing & Resource Management:
Strategically plan and optimize nursing staff schedules, leveraging
historical data and forward-thinking analysis to ensure appropriate
coverage and efficient resource allocation. - Performance & Quality
Oversight: Consistently measure and evaluate employee performance,
providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for

Experience: - Bachelors Of Science Nursing or equivalent education
and experience, upon hire and - Minimum of three (3) years of
nursing experience and - one (1) year of leadership experience.

/hour
