Job Description Seeking BE/BC Dermatologist to join fabulous
team in Phoenix, AZ. $500,000 guaranteed starting base salary
Substantial signing bonus High bonus potential based on
productivity and performance (50% of Net Collections past twice
their salary) Full benefits package including health, dental,
vision, 401(k), paid malpractice, and CME allowance Flexible 4 or
5-day work week schedule (Usually 4) Established practice with
robust internal and external referral streams Additional revenue
opportunities through collaboration and oversight of established
PA/NP-led dermatology clinics (2PAs will need oversight and will
get 25% of their clinic profitability) Opportunities to practice in
newly built, state-of-the-art facilities Full clinical autonomy
within a supportive and collegial multispecialty group Experienced
support staff and use of EMA (Modernizing Medicine) EHR Since its
inception, the group has grown from dermatology and plastic surgery
to also include hand surgery, dermatopathology, breast pathology,
and breast surgery. At present, the group has over 50 very talented
employees, and boast ten of Arizona’s top specialists from five
different fields. The specialists here have published over 150
peer-reviewed articles, have several patents, and have received
