Job Description:

whole-person care. Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of
the nursing department. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards. Manage staffing, including hiring,
training, and scheduling of nursing staff. Evaluate staff
performance and provide guidance for improvement. Develop and
implement departmental policies and procedures. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams across the clinic to enhance patient care
and outcomes. Manage budget and resources effectively. Promote
professional development and education among staff members. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations
and hospital procedures. Ability to handle stressful situations and
make informed decisions. Proficient in healthcare IT systems.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Nurse Management
(such as Certified Nurse Manager and Leader - CNML) is
preferred.
