Roles & Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, safe med-surg and observation patient care with attention to detail Monitor and interpret telemetry readings; escalate changes in patient condition promptly Perform timely assessments and interventions using ACLS/BLS protocols when needed Float between Med/Surg and Observation units seamlessly to meet patient care needs Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure clear communication and continuity of care Provide on-call coverage as assigned and respond professionally to urgent needs Qualifications Active RN license (state of practice requirements apply) Current ACLS and BLS certifications (required) Experience in Med-Surg, Observation, and Telemetry nursing Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and taking assigned call Ability and willingness to float between Med/Surg and Observation units Must comply with the 100-mile radius rule — no permanent address within 100 miles of the hospital Knowledge & Skills Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm recognition skills Solid med-surg assessment and clinical judgment Proven ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize tasks on night shift Clear communication and teamwork under pressure Familiarity with emergency response protocols and ACLS/BLS application Benefits Comfortable, supportive travel assignment with a team that values your skills and schedule Generous housing and travel support to make your life on assignment easier Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental and vision options Licensure assistance and reimbursement to keep your credentials current Paid time off so you can recharge between shifts and assignments Professional development support and access to continuing education A friendly referral program — tell a colleague, earn a little something extra A collaborative workplace culture where your voice matters Travel Perks: Explore Globe, AZ Globe, AZ offers a charming small-town base with easy access to outdoor adventure.
