Job Description Job Description Practice Manager / Executive Operations Lead – Medical Spa Client Experience & Aesthetics Operations Source of Health – Scottsdale, AZ Full-Time | $80,000/year bonus (DOE) ROLE SUMMARY Source of Health is a physician-led boutique medical spa seeking a Practice Manager–level leader with direct medical spa or medical aesthetics experience . This position functions as an executive operations and client experience lead , working directly with the physician to manage daily practice flow, staff coordination, and high-touch patient experience. This role is highly visible, client-facing, and leadership-driven CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead medical spa operations and daily workflow Serve as the primary operational partner to the physician Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and communication Maintain exceptional client experience standards Coordinate between physician, staff, and clients Ensure organization, efficiency, and brand consistency Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and execute solutions REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 2 years as a Practice Manager, Operations Manager, or Lead in a medical spa Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness Strong understanding of medical spa operations and patient experience Confident in client-facing leadership roles Highly organized, professional, and emotionally intelligent Applicants without medical spa or aesthetics experience will not be considered.
