Full-Time About Us The Insomnia and Sleep Institute of Arizona is a

patients' lives through expert diagnosis, treatment, and support.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory
Therapist to join our dynamic team. Primary Functions and
Responsibilities Work with CPAP, BiPAP, ASV, and oxygen therapy
equipment. Educate patients on the proper use and care of
respiratory equipment. Conduct Mask-Fit appointments, Machine
Checks, and PAP setup sessions. Submit accurate documentation to
ensure timely reimbursement. Perform compliance maintenance,
monitoring, and follow-up, including: Remote Patient Monitoring
Reviewing CPAP download reports Providing patient feedback based on
data Completing charting and organizing documentation appropriately
Host RT clinic appointments to support patients in acclimating to
PAP therapy, including pressure and mask adjustments. General
Expectations Demonstrate a personable and respectful approach to
patient care. Adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Employee
Policy Manual and Technical Policy & Procedure Manual. Exhibit
flexibility and reliability in daily responsibilities. Commit to
ongoing professional development and support the growth of team
members. Qualifications Current and valid Respiratory Therapy
license in the state of Arizona OR current RPSGT certification.
Prior experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Strong understanding of
industry compliance standards and best practices. Excellent
