Summary A well-established outpatient clinic in Chino Valley, AZ is
seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to
join its dedicated primary care team. This is an excellent
opportunity for a provider who values continuity, collaboration,
and compassionate care. The role offers a consistent weekday
schedule, manageable patient volume, and strong administrative
support—including a dedicated scribe to streamline documentation.
What You Can Expect Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or

reduce documentation burden Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$120,000 – $150,000 annually (dependent on experience) Incentive

comprehensive primary care to individuals and families across the

meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients.
Qualifications Current and unrestricted license in Arizona as a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant DEA registration or
eligibility to obtain in Arizona Clean professional background (no
disciplinary actions or malpractice claims) Credentialing
eligibility with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers
Experience in outpatient primary care or family medicine preferred
Key Responsibilities Perform wellness exams, physicals, and
preventive screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical
conditions Create and manage personalized care plans Order,
interpret, and follow up on labs and imaging Educate patients on
lifestyle changes and disease prevention Collaborate with a medical
scribe for accurate clinical documentation Coordinate referrals and
manage care transitions Uphold clinical quality standards and best
