leadership instincts? Abrazo Arrowhead is looking for a Clinical
Coordinator to support and guide our Med Surg team on night shift.
This is a great opportunity for an RN with 2 years of experience
looking to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on in
patient care. /n - Coordinate RN scheduling and unit operations -
Support staff development and training - Act as liaison between
nursing, providers, and administration - Help meet regulatory
standards and quality goals - Lead by example in a fast-paced,
high-acuity environment - Special Skills - Strong communication and
decision-making skills - Leadership potential or previous
supervisory experience - Minimum Requirements - Experience: 2 years
of clinical RN experience - Education: Associate's in Nursing -
Certifications: - AZ RN license - Current CPR certification -
Preferred Requirements - Experience: Med Surg/floor experience -
