Nurse Practitioner | Wound, Burn & Ostomy Location: Home Health,

for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a
dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in
Arizona, starting Feb 5, 2026. This role offers a flexible
schedule, allowing you to manage your hours while ensuring all
scheduled patients are seen daily. You will be responsible for
assessing and treating wounds, providing patient education on
self-care, and prescribing necessary medications. Responsibilities
and Duties Strict charting rules must be completed within 48 hours.
Engage positively and professionally with patients. See all
patients scheduled each day. Provide patients with information and
tips on self-care for their wounds until the next follow-up.
Prescribe medication when needed. Manage a variety of cases
including initial assessments, ulcers, diabetic wounds, superficial
wounds, burns, and surgical wounds. Opportunity for training in
debridement or skin grafting. Additional Information Schedule is
flexible with no set shift hours; requires finishing the daily
patient list and logging hours. Telehealth is utilized for
