In this role, you will provide top-notch physical therapy services at our inpatient rehabilitation facilities, contributing to our mission of setting the standard in high-quality, personalized patient care. Your expertise will support the healing and recovery of patients with various conditions, utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques in a supportive and dynamic environment. This role demands a compassionate professional with superb clinical skills and a passion for patient-centric care. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans. Supervise and mentor junior therapists, aides, and other support staff. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Implement complex physical therapy interventions effectively. Document patient progress and adapt plans as needed. Lead training sessions to introduce new therapy techniques. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Expertise in physical therapy techniques and treatments. Ability to supervise and train staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and technology. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license. Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) is preferred, but not required.
