What We Offer Weekly pay of $20.00 per hour Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Get weekends off Overtime available Background friendly Weekly Pay Encapsulation Machine Operator Tasks & Duties Set up, operate, and monitor encapsulation machines to produce capsules according to production specifications Perform routine equipment checks and adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency Accurately load raw materials and ensure proper capsule fill weights Conduct in-process quality checks and document results Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines at all times Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas between batches and shifts Identify and report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns Complete batch records, production logs, and other required documentation Work closely with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production goals Encapsulation Machine Operator Shift Info Day Shift, 06:00 AM to 04:30 PM Monday - Thursday Encapsulation Machine Operator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) Encapsulation Machine Operator experience preferred GED / High School Diploma Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to work in the US Previous experience operating encapsulation or pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing equipment preferred Knowledge of GMP standards is a plus Ability to follow written instructions and detailed procedures Strong attention to detail and quality Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (PPE required) Apply today!
