Job Description Hourly Pay: $28 - $32 per hour Maxim Healthcare
in Phoenix is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work
with a Pediatric patient in their home. This patient has a Gtube
and needs seizure management. The patient also has cerebral palsy
and epilepsy. The family needs care Monday through Friday from

Savings Plan Maxcares Awards Program Responsibilities: Utilize the
nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient
care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in
accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms
indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s
condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information
from health care members and documents actual and/or potential
nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN
in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest
X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior professional nursing
