Job Description:
Walmart Inc., a leading global retailer known for our commitment

detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our growing team. This
role will be crucial in delivering high-quality healthcare and
advice to our customers, ensuring that each individual receives
personalized and ethical service in line with Walmarts standards.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive $40,000 sign-on
bonus along with relocation assistance to help facilitate a smooth
transition into the role. Dispense prescriptions accurately while
adhering to quality standards and legal compliance. Provide
exceptional patient care by counseling patients on their
medications and responding to patient queries and concerns with
professionalism. Monitor patient drug therapies and provide
appropriate interventions to maximize patient health outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment
plans. Sustain a safe and clean working environment by complying
with procedures, rules, and regulations of Walmart and the pharmacy
board. Educate customers on wellness and preventative health care.
Administer immunizations as required, depending on state
regulations. Maintain records of all transactions in accordance to
the state law and company policies. Strong knowledge of
pharmacology and best pharmaceutical practices. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with
patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to multitask,
prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced
environment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Medical

Valid state pharmacist license without any standing restrictions.
CPR or BLS certification preferred. Certification in Immunization
Delivery is a plus.
