Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities: * Outpatient primary care: 18-22 patients per day after ramping up * EPIC EMR with AI Scribe support * Dedicated MA team for rooming and support * Onsite lab and pharmacy resource support for medication refills * Protected administrative time to ensure balance in your day * Clinic is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm * Enjoy the recreational, culinary, and artistic community of Tucson. Required Qualifications: * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine * Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start * Current and unrestricted DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to start Preferred Qualifications: * 1 years of outpatient primary care clinic experience The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
