Responsibilities Supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality patient service, and adherence to safety protocols Oversee medication dispensing processes, verifying accuracy and compliance with medical terminology standards Provide guidance on complex prescriptions, clarifying medication instructions for patients and staff alike Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and regulatory documentation Foster a patient-centered environment by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring excellent service Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with legal regulations and industry best practices Support training initiatives to enhance team knowledge of medical terminology and customer service skills Experience Proven experience working in a pharmacy setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and healthcare Prior experience supervising pharmacy technicians or staff members is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to patient service and team collaboration Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us to lead with enthusiasm, uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical care, and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community!
