Arrowhead Campus (Glendale, AZ) About the Role Tenet Healthcare is
seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a
13-week travel assignment at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale,
Arizona. This position offers the opportunity to provide
compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns in a
respected hospital environment. Assignment Details - Facility:
Tenet Healthcare / Abrazo Arrowhead Campus – Labor & Delivery Unit
- Location: Glendale, Arizona - Start Date: December 16, 2025 –
December 29, 2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - Schedule: 07:00 – 19:30
(12-hour day shifts) - Hours: Standard contract, 36 hours per week
Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers
during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. - Support newborn
care immediately following birth, including assessments and
interventions. - Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and
multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care. -
Educate patients and families on birth plans, recovery, and newborn
care. - Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety
standards, and evidence-based practices. Minimum Qualifications -
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. - 2 years of Labor
& Delivery experience in an acute care setting. - Strong clinical
assessment skills with the ability to respond quickly in
high-pressure situations. - Excellent communication and teamwork
abilities. Preferred Qualifications - Travel nursing experience in
L&D or maternal-child health units. - Advanced certifications
such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and ACLS. -
Adaptability to diverse patient populations and clinical
