Health is currently recruiting for an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to
join our established team with Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.
BTMC is a multi-specialty health center in Glendale, AZ and is a
Level I Adult Trauma Center for patients fifteen and older . We
provide general, acute and specialized orthopedic care. With
colleagues in various subspecialty areas such as hand surgery,
spine, sports medicine, total joint, upper and lower extremity, and
podiatry, this position is a part of a collaborative and collegial
team with supportive leadership and established infrastructure.
Qualifications: BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery Completion of an
accredited orthopedic trauma fellowship Current AZ license/DEA or
ability to obtain Experience is a plus, but new grads are
encouraged to apply Ability to work in a collaborative environment;
one that thrives in a highly integrated and innovative setting; and
a desire to focus on patient excellence Position Details: 10; 24
hr. shifts per month (8 hrs. restrictive/16 hrs. unrestrictive)
Dedicated OR time 1-2 days of Follow-up Clinic per month PA support
