13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30
PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 24 months minimum of
current ICU experience required License: Active Arizona RN license
Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Candidates must
have 24 months of current ICU experience. - Certifications must be
from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross and
active upon submission. - No license hits will be accepted. - Flu
vaccination status must be included in submission notes.
Description: Candidates with a home address in Arizona on their
driver's license will not be considered. Please include a copy of
the driver's license in the submission. Vet all locations to the
travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are
willing to accept and work in. This ensures quicker presentations
as we understand these orders open and close quickly. The required
information needs to be accurate and all requests noted. All
request time off (RTO) should be listed and must not exceed seven
days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of the assignment
or during holidays. All facilities the traveler is open to working
in should be listed in the submission. Indicate any state
preferences. All shifts the traveler is open to working on should
be mentioned. All departments the traveler is open to working in
must be checked in the submission. All candidates submitted should
be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Please inform us if
the traveler withdraws or is no longer available. Travel experience
is preferred. A complete cover page must be filled out. A resume
that includes all facilities, size, number of beds, trauma level,
and units must also be provided. Skills checklist specific to the
discipline must be less than one year old. License verification
must be less than 30 days old. Certifications must be valid at the
time of submission. Flu vaccination declinations can be applied
