Trauma Surgeon at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center - Glendale, AZ Banner Medical Group (BMG) is expanding our presence in Glendale, AZ, and we're looking for a talented Trauma Surgeon to be part of our growth story! The Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center offers a dynamic environment where you'll provide comprehensive surgical care within our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Our surgeons are dedicated to excellence in patient care, resident mentorship, and medical student education. We're seeking a passionate surgeon who can: Work effectively with diverse students, trainees, and colleagues Participate in Acute Care and Trauma surgery call Provide surgical trauma ICU coverage Deliver backup call coverage as needed Develop a full-time clinical practice Educate residents and medical students Participate in clinical research Your qualifications should include: Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery & Trauma Demonstrated clinical and didactic teaching ability Experience working with diverse patient populations ATLS Instructor qualifications and teaching background About Banner Thunderbird Medical Center Serving the Northwest Valley for over 25 years, our facility recently completed a $290 million expansion featuring a Level I Adult Trauma Center for patients 15 and older.
