Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Glendale, AZ Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,622 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide high-acuity nursing care to PCU patients requiring close monitoring Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per provider orders Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, telemetry, and lab results Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care Maintain accurate documentation in EMR according to hospital policy Float to other units within scope of competency when required Requirements Minimum 24 months recent PCU experience AZ or Compact RN license (no AZ home address on driver’s license – REQUIRED) AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS (active at submission) No license hits; clean background per Banner standards Travel experience preferred Benefits • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 referral bonus.
