Job Description:
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit
for a travel nursing job in Glendale, Arizona. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline:
RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per
week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Submission
Requirements - Candidates with an AZ driver's license will not be
considered - [REQUIRED] - Provider must have 24 months minimum of
current Intensive Care Unit/ICU experience - [REQUIRED] -
Certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red
Cross - [REQUIRED] - Nursys cannot show any hits on license at time
of submission - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT] - Banner will not approve RTO
within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days -
[REQUIRED] - Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied
for (reach out for forms) Please add vaccination status in the
submission notes - PLEASE NOTE, BANNER HAS VERY SPECIFIC BACKGROUND
