Reimburse license renewal or new license Salary plus incentives;
$5k for relocation assistance Monday through Friday work schedule;
call of 1:4 See 18 - 20 patients per day; 5 weeks of PTO annually
and 10 federal holidays Optional academic involvement; 40 hours of
CME with a $2.5k stipend Must be board certified or board eligible
