Type: Travel ? Requirements Experience: - Minimum 24 months (2
years) of current ICU experience – Required - Travel experience –
Preferred Certifications: (Must be AHA or American Red Cross,
active, and included in submission) - BLS – Required - ACLS –
Required Licensure: - Active Arizona RN License – must be verified
within 30 days of submission - No license hits – required
Vaccination: - Flu vaccination required - Declination form
