Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position
is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. You will work in our
Centralized Education Department with specialty involved educators
that are also involved in hospital initiatives. This position will
be specialized in Women's Services/Labor and Delivery, as well as
house-wide education of hospital initiatives. Top candidates will
have RN experience in Labor and Delivery. Providence Cedars-Sinai

Under direction of the Director of Education, across the various
settings of clinical nursing the Nurse Educator provides staff
development expertise as an educator, change agent, facilitator,
consultant, and researcher. The Educator supports the development
of bedside nurse, and fosters empowerment through knowledge and
skills to achieve excellence through the delivery of evidenced
based nursing practice. This occurs through the facilitation of the
educational process through assessment, development, planning,
implementation and evaluation of competency assessment, continuing

them. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Upon hire:
California Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider
BLS - American Heart Association California Fire and Life Safety
Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire 2 years
Experience in clinical specialty - Labor and Delivery Preferred
Qualifications: RN experience working in a Labor and Delivery unit
Experience in an Educator, Teacher, Preceptor Master's Degree Why
