Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Full Time Nights
Summary: Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, utilizing strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Job Description:

• 
  
• Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines.
  
• Renders individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
  
• Acts as a supervisor, assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
  
• Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
  
• Participates in hourly rounding and observes safety guidelines and safe work practices.
  
• May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervises other members of the healthcare team.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
    
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
    
  • CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable by Facility/by Department.
    
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
    
  • Prefer 1 year of acute care experience, but will consider new graduate.
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • BSN degree.
      
    • Certification in specialty area of practice.
      
    • Experience in CVICU or ICU or Min 2 years in Cardiac Stepdown.
