A stand alone Hospital in San Fernando Valley is looking for their next Postpartum RN Supervisor to join their prestigious team. This full-service, state of the art community hospital in the San Fernando Valley houses close to 450 licensed beds, providing patient centered quality care. We have earned the Emergency Department Approved for Paediatrics (EDAP) designation for having specialized pediatric teams ready to assemble, triage and fast-track children to the care they urgently need. We are designated as a Pediatric Medical Center (PMC), which allows our team of pediatric specialists to treat and handle the higher level of care needed in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The next Postpartum RN Supervisor will be working very closely with the Postpartum and Labor / Delivery nursing leadership teams. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, they will lead staff in the delivery of safe patient care in accordance with professional standards, professional practice models. They are also accountable for providing/adjusting the shift schedule and assignments, facilitating patient throughput and staff workflow to meet patient care needs.
