Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for performing patient consultations, helping with new patient attraction, and providing ongoing care through pain relief-based injections, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction. Incumbent must be an organized, compassionate, and collaborative team member with strong interpersonal skills working within a team environment and treating patients to create a positive patient care experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Position does not have direct reports, but will work closely with team members in providing patient care
What Will You Do?
As a provider on our team, you will:

• 
  Participate in planning and implementation of patient care
  
  
• 
  Examine patients and prescribe care for all specialties
  
  
• 
  Treat patient with a variety of pain relief-based injections (training provided)
  
  
• 
  Report pertinent information to Medical Director and/or Clinical Director
  
  
• 
  Take responsibility for maintaining patient load
  
  
• 
  Collaborate effectively with other team members
  
  
• 
  Implement processes and standards proficiently and consistently
  
  
• 
  Demonstrates flexibility to adjust and improve our practices
  
  
• 
  Complete daily tasks with minimal supervision
  
  
• 
  Educate and guide patients throughout their treatment

    Education and Experience:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Maintain current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona
      
      
    • 
      Maintain current certifications (ACLS, CPR, PALS) as necessary, based on clinical requirements
