• Seeking a Primary Care physician
• 100% Outpatient Only
• Permanent; full-time
• Monday Friday
• 8am 5pm
• EMR NextGen
• Existing patient panel
• Join 2 physicians and 1 mid-level
• Targeted to see 18 patients per day
• Patient mix is 20% seniors, 80% adults
• Payor mix is 50% commercial, 30% Medicaid, 20% Medicare (managed care)
• Bi-lingual Armenian or Spanish a plus but not required
• Call 1:20 phone only (one week night per month and one weekend per month)
• The Glendale location large office with specialists to include; podiatry, cardiology, and rheumatology. Great office staff with 3 support staff per physician, high risk clinic, RN supervisor
• Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary plus incentive bonus
• Bonus based on combination of quality and risk adjustment factors
• Base salary is $225 - $275 based on experience
• Bonus targeted at 10% of base, guaranteed first 2 years, possibility of higher % if exceed parameters

• Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Will accept new grads contingent on receiving board certification within 1 st year
• Active / clear CA medical license or ability to obtain
