Job Description:

Hospice/Palliative Medicine opening in Glendale, Arizona. The Grant Program Evaluator works with our programs to develop and implement assessment, evaluation, and quality management processes in accordance with grant requirements and/or implementation plans. The Grant Program Evaluator provides expertise for grant project data collection and performance assessment. The Grant Program Evaluator will assist the Fund Development staff in preparing, drafting, and editing proposals for funding.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Data Management, Epidemiology or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Specialized experience with research, data management, and evaluation, preferably with American Indian/Alaska Native populations.
• Specialized experience with grant research, reading Funding Opportunity Announcements, and grant writing for federal and local opportunities.
• Must be able to travel as required, estimated at 10% or less.
  • Must pass a criminal background check with a Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card within the initial ninety (90) calendar days of employment.
  • Must submit to random testing during the course of employment.
