We Are HiringAscension Wisconsin is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic state-wide Medical Director for our Cardiovascular Service Line. This is an exciting new position for our organization, the Medical Director will be responsible for co-leading the Cardiovascular Service Line with a Dyad partner, the Cardiovascular Service Line Administrator. The Medical Director will serve to oversee physicians and surgeons within the cardiovascular care space across our market, which includes 17 acute care hospitals and over 100 ambulatory care locations.       • Evaluate organizational functions and structure to best determine the allocation and utilization of services
      • Facilitate strategic clinical relationships with physicians
      • Work with leadership to develop a strategic plan for growth of clinical practice
      • Ensure that clinical programs are in compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements
      • Implement utilization review and quality improvement systems
