Job Description:

CJPS Home Care is a fast-moving entrepreneurial Home Care Company operating throughout the state of Arizona, serving a diverse population of children and adults with Developmental Disabilities.

We are seeking Licensed Occupational Therapists to join our CJPS Home Care team! You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities (primarily to children). CJPS serves the entire state of Arizona which allows therapists flexibility to select the area they wish to work in.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
  • Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs
  • Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties
  • Organize and update patient records
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment

    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in occupational therapy or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Passion to help and motivate others
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
