Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Director for their Business Intelligence Support Services (BISS) Team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of end-user focused, data & intel driven analytic applications to support CBP threat analysis and targeting concepts
Manage the delivery of multiple projects and functional resources within an Agile based methodology to enhance the advanced analytic capabilities utilized by different stakeholder groups within CBP
Support the identification, assessment, and documentation of emerging technologies and technical innovations to contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's technology and innovation roadmap

Position Requirements:

Strong practical understanding of relational databases used to support analytic development, functionality and application development
7-10 years of related professional experience, with preference to supporting government law enforcement missions
3+ years of demonstrated Technical PM and/or Data Scientist experience
Experience with intelligence gathering and analysis a plus
5+ years in Agile Development projects - Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodologies
