Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Policy Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership team to implement HR programs and policies
that support business goals and ensure compliance
Oversee annual review of HR policies and processes to ensure
accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
Identify and investigate compliance issues, manage audits, and
recommend best practices to drive greater compliance
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of HR policy design experience
Significant HR knowledge of multi-state compliance requirements
Experience managing multi-state HR and Payroll practices
Desire to be organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
PHR Certification
