Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Programs Senior Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Align with sales stakeholders on business priorities and create programs to address pipeline and productivity gaps
Deliver impactful programs to large audiences, operationalize them, and measure success
Analyze pipeline health, establish targets, and coordinate action plans with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in crafting sales programs and go-to-market strategies
Experience designing revenue-producing sales campaigns or programs
Ability to draw actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data
Operational rigor and track record of program management and execution
Strong quantitative skills and high data fluency
