Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Benefits Manager to lead, plan, evaluate, and administer benefit plans globally.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive strategic benefits programs in a multinational company
Ensure compliance with country legislation and employment laws
Develop reports on metrics and create analytics for data-driven decisions

Qualifications:

5-7 years' benefits project management experience with multinational companies
Comprehensive understanding of US benefits and global benefits administration
Experience with Leave of Absence, 401k, and statutory benefits
Advanced knowledge in benefits plan design and administration
Experience partnering with global benefits brokers and regulatory compliance in benefits programs
